Sitting in class

And I am BORED. I figured I'd take some time out of my recently ridiculously busy life and share some of my more recent thoughts. I recently heard that T-Mobile will be bought by AT&T for thirty nine billion dollars. Yeah, that's a lot of money. My biggest fear is that AT&T and Verizon will now have over 70% of the market and a duopoly of sorts will end up developing...not too good for anyone unless you're a major mobile network CEO.

What I've been wondering is how this will affect the T-Mobile clients (such as myself) that must transfer over and at first thought it seemed pretty good. You know, larger data coverage, more support, etc but then it started to hit me; prices will most likely rise, I'm going to have to get a new phone and a brand new plan that will most likely screw me over hard. I guess we'll see what happens after the FCC and the appropriate groups approve this ridiculously huge buyout. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts, how do you think this will affect you even if you're not a T-Mobile or AT&T customer?

Hiatus

It feels as if it's been a while since I've been on here as well as just being active with blogspot in general. I've had so much thrown in my face as well as a ridiculous amount of traveling. It really isn't how I imagined my spring break would be -__-

Before I go back to the daily college routine tomorrow I just thought I'd check back in here and see what's good in the blogosphere.

But first things first. Here are some deals.

I honestly love anything with an alternative charging method and the solar power panel on this bad boy is no exception. Sd port, usb port and auxilary. Seems like this bad boy has it all and if you're actually interested you can get it here.
Don't deny your little one the chance to be the coolest horsie in school...

Bob Marley has never been so cute. Buy it for me? Please? I'll love you forever, promise.

I think those are enough cool buys for now, hopefully they made at least one person happy.

And I pray that everyone knows this already...time for those thieving companies to be exposed.

(click it to make it bigger btw).

Until next time, let's try to end our weekends on a high point!

So the weekend is pretty much here

And I think I'll kick it off my posting some daily deals along with a random thought (or two) of mine.

First daily deal:

To all my offended followers, I apologize but it was just too funny to pass up. I'm sure the majority of people reading this will know what a fleshlight is, but if not here ya go. I don't really get the soda thing...maybe it's to avoid embarrassment and allow you to take it out in public and not worry about people knowing you have a portable sex hole? Gotta love the name and the cum covered "grapes" though. If you're actually interested in purchasing it here's the link. It's 45% off!

I recently picked up Lupe Fiasco's new album "Lasers" and I know no one likes long reviews so I'll keep this short and sweet.

I can dig it. It's catchy, fun to just listen to and plain enjoyable. It's a bit different than what Lupe has put out before but it doesn't disappoint. His lyrics are still meaningful and you can really feel the whole "anti-government and anarchy" stance that he's taken (just look at the album cover). My advice would be to check it out.
Listen. Enjoy. Repeat.

Second daily deal:

For all my followers that didn't act quick enough on the lava watch yet still wanted to buy it here's an alternative.
And act quick this time! Here ya go. Only ten bucks!

Have a great weekend and stay safe!

Every wanted to feel like you live in a strip club errr I mean a gentleman's club?

I'm actually a little scared

This kid is gonna be a future Olympic gold medalist and will bring great pride to our country...or a druggie addicted to prostitutes and self loathing, really it can go both ways.

I also decided to buy myself some business cards just for the hell of having business cards. I feel that this is going to be one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. And yes, they are extremely boss.

In the mean time hopefully this will make you happy ;)

Cheers!

Really BYU? Don't be so naive.

Brigham Young University recently suspended their up and coming star forward Brandon Davies for violating the school's Honor Code. Now this is completely understandable, discipline is necessary in society or else everything would go to Hell in a hand basket. Because it's like James Madison once said, " If men were angels, no government would be necessary."  My only issue with this policy is that BYU needs to realize whom exactly they're dealing with here. These are college students, teenagers exploring the world while also exploring themselves and I doubt that what will be encountered during that exploration will abide by the BYU's Honor Code.

Adults only swim club?

An adults only swim club is opening in Philly and frankly, it sounds like a good idea. No longer will adults be forced to put up with boisterous children running amuck or obnoxious teenagers(of which I'd be categorized under) ruining their perfect pool time....well I hope it's worth it because a summer membership will cost upwards of 1000 dollars. Yeesh, now that's an expensive swim.

And if you thought of

When you read the title then congratulations, you win.

Eating? Yes, eating.

Ever since I moved away for college I've been cooking for myself whenever I get the chance, which tends to be whenever I'm home for dinner (I live off-campus). Besides the fact that I actually enjoy what cooking has to offer such as trying out new recipes and ideas along with a sense of accomplishment I love how much cheaper and healthier it is than eating out every night. Plus you know women love a man who can cook ;)

Anyway, my point is that through all of these one person sized portions that I've been preparing for myself I've developed a straight-forward and simple method of eating. I call it "right away". And that's pretty much it, as soon as the food is off of the oven-top it goes on a board to be cut then into my mouth :)

Now what I'm wondering is if this affects the nutritional aspect of the food in any way or if it's strictly a convenient method for one person eating. I highly doubt it affects any nutrition but hey, ya never know. The one thing that I do like is how I've really come to appreciate sit down dinners at a much much higher level than I once did so every so often I treat myself with one whenever I have time.

Gotta enjoy the little things in life!

Why Man U? WHY!? :'(

 I'm just heartbroken now.

My day was going pretty much o.k, not bad but not like whoop-de-do then I heard the news about my team losing and it went doooown. We're still on the top of the EPL but losing always hurts especially with a team that's been so dominant lately. No worries though...Glory Glory Man United!!!

As of late...

I'm dying for Spring Break. I NEED it to be here already, Those seven days of not having to worry about what class is next, if I completed the assignments for it and whether or not we have a surprise quiz thrown in our face as we walk in the door. Ah, it will be my little heaven.

And if you plan on doing the same thing as me don't forget to keep studying! A week of nothingness is enough to turn your brain into mush so be careful, especially those who have professors that like to give tests or quizzes just because they can....those jerks...

On an unrelated note, while perusing the internet I found this nice little board game that most of you internet fiends will no doubt recognize parts of.

Is it sad that I know pretty much every meme on here? Eh.

And to finish my random thoughts post...What is the deal with Charlie Sheen? Can someone please explain to me what's going on? Because all I know is that he's coco for cocoa puffs (as well as prostitutes) and now he's mad at everything.

One last thing (I promise!)
http://www.trueswords.com/
One of the coolest online stores with items that you thought would most likely be illegal to own. If you wanna spend money and love random weapons, combat related objects or just all around cool shit then you gotta check it out. Plus the prices aren't bad at all.
